Mr. Shubham Jain has a vast, extensive & enriching litigation experience in the domain of Civil & Commercial Laws. He holds expertise in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, Cable & Broadcasting Laws, Arbitration Laws, Banking Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Corporate Laws, Employment Laws, Consumer Protection Laws & Debt Recovery Laws etc.
Mr. Jain has been actively involved in litigations before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Hon’ble NCLAT & NCLT, TDSAT, DRT & DRAT, Labour Courts & Trial Courts of Delhi etc. In addition to the above said domains of law, he is also having an extensive and enriching experience in drafting/vetting of various kinds of contracts & assisting various entities on advisory related work.
Mr. Jain also keeps on highlighting various regulatory issues and challenges before multiple forums & has thrown lights on the same by writing various research papers which are published in renowned journals.

Himanshu Dhawan, Founding Partner
Mr.Himanshu Dhawan heads the Criminal Law practice of the Firm. He is passionate for criminal trial practice & believes that no case is indefensible. He holds expertise in White Collar Crimes, Corruption Laws, Crimes punishable under SEBI, FEMA, Indian Penal Code, POCSO, Negotiable Instruments Act, Food Adulteration Act, DV Act & NDPS Act.
He has been actively involved in litigations before Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Appellate Tribunal for PMLA & Trial Courts of Delhi etc.
His dynamic, creative, analytical, perseverance, firm & result oriented approach & real trial experience has made him very reliable & because of this reason, the growth rate of the Law Firm has increased manifold.
As a member of legal fraternity, he recognizes his role to enlighten law students in respect of practical aspects of law & therefore, he is regularly engaged in carrying out activities to perform the said role.
